Filled with Swiss cheese and caramelized onions, this all-natural sausage has an earthy and robust flavor from three varieties of mushrooms: Portobello, champignon, and porcini. Simply grill and serve on a toasted bun with sauteed onions for a delicious lunch. Our Portobello & Swiss sausage is gluten-free and has no added nitrites, except for those naturally occurring in celery powder. For over 30 years, Aidells chicken sausages have been handcrafted in small batches with care using only the freshest, most flavorful ingredients we can find. Our all-natural sausages are stuffed by hand in natural casings with no fillers or binders and slow-smoked for hours over real hardwood chips for that snap we love. Chicken, Portobello Mushroom, Swiss Cheese ([Part Skim Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes], Potato Starch, Corn Starch, Powdered Cellulose [Added to Prevent Caking]), Contains 2% or Less of the Following: Onions, Brown Sugar, Salt, Parsley, Vinegar, Spices, Smoked Paprika, Garlic, Celery Powder, Dried Garlic, Sea Salt, Stuffed In a Natural Pork Casing.


Heating Instructions: Stovetop: Saute 8-10 minutes over medium heat with 1 cup of water. Drain, brown 2 minutes. Turn wrapper over for full heating instructions.
