Place your order via and then on check out, complete all fields as accurately as possible with your address details etc. We will then drop off your order to Thompson Shipping on the designated dates and do all the paper work. All fees for delivery to barge or Cayman Airways cargo and port authority fees are included in the checkout cost. We also add a “buffer fee” just in case your order might cost more or less depending on the weight of products such as meats or seafood that may be a bit more or less in weight than you ordered. If you have paid more, we will refund you or add this as a credit to your next order with us. If it’s under, then we will contact you if the cost is a little bit more.
Shop on designated dates.
Thompson’s Shipping receives goods on specific days.
Drop Off for Dry Delivery (Non-Perishables) is as follows:
Mondays: 8:30am–2pm
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Saturdays: 8:30am-11am
Perishables (chilled & frozen) are only received on the day of the shipment, weather permitting. This is normally Tuesdays from 8:30am to 2:00pm. Should this change for any reason, an email will be provided to update customers, and order delivery dates will be changed accordingly.

Customers would have to coordinate with the shipping company to pick up groceries.

Orders will only be shipped from Monday to Thursday, depending on the space and weight ratio of passengers to cargo (airfreight). We do not offer service from Fridays to Sundays as these are changeover times with many more tourist passengers and baggage, such as dive gear, etc., which makes it more likely that any other cargo may get on the flight due to CA cargo regulations with frozen, chilled, and perishable food items. We will also email or call you with the flight cargo manifesto so you will know when to go collect your product, or a representative will call you from Cayman Brac or Little Cayman to let you know.

It is your responsibility to collect your product as soon as you can to avoid items defrosting or perishing. There are no duties or extra fees to be paid as this was included in your total order placed online. If there is a significant addition to the cargo fee, we will contact you if you wish to proceed with the order. We suggest that large orders go by barge once a week as it will be more cost-effective. However, if it is needed sooner, air cargo would be your best option, which no suppliers offer from Grand Cayman except us.
